Introduction：

Tigecycline is a novel broad-spectrum activity antibiotics for intravenous injection use. It belongs to derivatives of  9- tert-butyl glycine amide minocycline, and is the first glycyl doxycycline antibiotic. It is used for treatment of patients aged 18 and over 18 years in complicated skin and skin structure infections or complicated intra-abdominal infections, including complicated appendicitis, infected burns, intra-abdominal abscesses, deep soft tissue infections and infected ulcers.
